The fine art photographers participating in A Line In The Sand come from all parts of the U.S. and include internationally known artists, as well as promising up-and-comers. Many have books published or have pieces in permanent collections in museums around the world. The photographers have been given full creative freedom to determine how best to capture the essence of their subject in order to provide us with an emotional glimpse into what motivated and enabled each of these people to make a real difference in the lives of battered women and children.
